Rev. Christopher Roque is an Episcopal priest and a deputy sheriff.  He has a life-long involvement in saving historical railway depots and is very involved with San Angelo's Railway Museum as president of the Board of Directors. He performed in the fund-raising play, Roses for Santa Rita, leads tours in costume and founded the model train organization, South Orient Model Railroad Association.

Dr. Linda Thorsen Bond is author of San Angelo and Arthur Stilwell’s Dream of Steam,

San Angelo A to Z: A Young Reader’s Guide and Saving the Oldest Town in Texas. 

She has written for publications including Western Art & Architecture, Texas Monthly and Texas Highways.  She has written and produced 25 historic plays including Arthur Stilwell’s Dream of Steam and Roses for Santa Rita at the Railway Museum.  Her television documentary “Hot Time in the Old Town” won two national Telly Awards for people’s choice and historical production.

Life in San Angelo has offered unexpected opportunities for connection and purpose after a journey filled with diverse experiences. Finding joy in my role as a Railway Museum Tour Guide has allowed me to embrace my new home and build meaningful ties within the community.

Liz makes incredible cakes (often gluten-free) and was Volunteer of the Year in 2024.

​Donna Linton, though a native of Tom Green County, she has traveled to many parts of the United States and the world including Alaska, New York City, Peru and Rome. She holds a master's in nursing science and serves the medical community as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.  Her passion is in music and poetry.  She is an accomplished pianist who has written and recorded two music albums: Driftwood Trip and Notice.
